Abstract: In the last few years Street- Art become a very popular und accepted art form. In this paper the Street- Art scene should be presented in generally to give a basis for further steps. Afterwards the requirements and legal basis for cultural heritages and the obligations which result with them are named. Because Street- Art originally is not for eternity, the question arises if street- Art should be a object of conservation. Finally the conservation possibilities of Street- Art should be named and evaluate from a conservational and ethical point of view.
