| Abstract: | This work presents a preservation and transport plan for the decorations of the organ case from Tobsdorf /Dupus in Romania. Apart from an object identification and art - historical classification the introductory chapters deal with the environmental analysis, the technological analysis and the condition of the objects. The main part of the work shows the concept of pest control, the strengthening of the wooden beam, the transport, the storage and the acclimatization of the decorations. The conservation and transport concept was not idealized, it was conceived to use the local available means for its transposal. Completed is the work with a recommendation for monitoring. |
