Zusammenfassung: | In the last 20 years the use of thin plasters as a protective and sacrificial layer get more and more increasingly important. In this case essentially lime (-cement) - as well as silica or silica-bound masses are used in natural stone and bricks. Pure cement-bounded thin plasters on artificial stone found previously hardly application. Therefore, the bachelor thesis deals with empirically the composition of cement-bounded thin plasters. The concrete statue “Ganymed” made in baroque style, part of the legacy of Potsdamer art collector, this serves as an exemplary restoration project. In particular, the significant loss of material at the surface defines the use of thin plasters as a measure of the restoration. In series of tests samples of concrete coated with relevant cement slurry compositions are used, to examine the adequacy of the slurries for exterior use. |
