Zusammenfassung: | For the professional community of restoration, data was collected for the first time. The fluctuation of members of the association of restorers and its predecessors was analysed on the basis of membership lists regarding the criteria “Sex”, “Status of Membership”, “Professional Section”, “Level of Education” and “Employment Status”. The members of the association of restorers and its predecessors form a section of the professional community. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1) A feminisation in the professional community of restoration is to be asserted 2) A shift in sex ratio is determined in the two professional sections”archeological excavation and archeological objects”, “Folkloristic and ethnographical objects” 3) The level of professionalisation rises in relation to the criteria “Level of Education” in the professional community of restoration 4) Potentially, the professional community of restoration contains aspects of feminisation that are not to be found in any other professional community. |
